Credit Reporting Errors:
Violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
According to a study by the Federal Trade Commission, one in four people have errors on their credit reports. Those errors can sometimes be small, and insignificant, but in most cases they are hurting your credit and that may cost you money. An inaccurate credit report can cost you money in the form of higher interest rates, lower credit limits, and sometimes your ability to get the job you want or keep the job you have. Under the FCRA you are entitled to one (1) free report from each agency, once every twelve (12) months. You can access the report by writing to the credit bureau or going to www.annualcreditreport.com. It can be much harder to fix problems the longer you wait. The process to correct any errors can be simple, and we are willing to help at no cost. Please give us a call if you have any questions or concerns. 858-800-2458!
LITTLE TO NO COST LEGAL REPRESENTATION IS NOW AVAILABLE. EACH ERROR CAN MEAN AT LEAST $1000 CASH IN YOUR POCKET.
